Program Details Tab and Detail Labels

Detail Labels can be found within different areas of the system: Within the Program Details tab in the program setup, when creating your reports, and within the Manage Program Details section.  These labels allow you to recognize what that particular field is and what it does.

Below, you'll find detailed descriptions outlining the various Detail Labels and what they're used for:

Location Details

Location Details can include location details of where your camp or program is being held.  These details will be available for view on the View Details page for your camp or program.

Using the Facility Map URL allows you to include a map of the location of your facility and can be left blank.  The system will automatically create a map on your Program Details page.  You can, however, enter the Google's Embed code if you would like to place a custom map in place.

Schedule Details

Schedules are used to outline specific daily or weekly schedules in accordance with your particular program or camp.  These schedules are viewable  in the View Details section of your program, within the shopping cart.

Policies Details

Single Registration Policy:

The Single Registration Policy shown here will include one large field of text which will display all text entered below, followed by a single name field at the bottom. This name field is immediately preceded by the following prompt: "You must accept these policies in order to continue with your registration. Please enter your First and Last Name to accept these terms". No participant will be allowed to submit their registration without first entering their full name into this field.

Policy Title/Text:

The Policy Title/Text options allow you to have up to three separate Registration Policy sections with individual section titles, text fields, and "I Acknowledge" check boxes. These "I Acknowledge" check boxes prompt the user to check each box to indicate that they have read and understand that particular section. They cannot move past this page without all check boxes being checked. You can use 1, 2 or all 3 sections at once.

After these policies have been affirmed, the very bottom of the policies popup box will show the name field. Once again, this name field is immediately preceded by the following prompt: "You must accept these policies in order to continue with your registration. Please enter your First and Last Name to accept these terms". No participant will be allowed to submit their registration without first entering their full name into this field.

*Note:  When using the Policy Title/Text options only, the system will track the signature detail entered within the Registration Policies screen in the registrant's Activity Log tab.

System Messages Details

When creating your program(s), it is necessary to create your System Messages.  These are email responses to registrants after their registration has been completed.

System Messages include:

  • Accept Participant Message
  • Credit Card Declined Message
  • Waitlist Message

Other Available Features

Move the available program details around by grabbing the arrow box with your mouse and placing the detail option where desired.

Delete specific program details by clicking on the red delete button.  Deleted program details can always be reactivated through the New Detail button.  This is also a great way to keep your Details tab clean and organized.

Creating A New Detail

The New Detail button allows you to select a Detail Type, create a custom name and pull that detail into your listing of available Program Details.  This feature is used to replace default detail types.

Default Value:

Checking this box turns this detail into a Default Value, which adds this Detail to all newly created programs in your system.

Detail Type:

The Detail Type is the system text that coincides with a particular feature.  This detail is not viewable on the outward facing sites.  For example, 'facility_name' is a Detail Type.

Detail Label:

The Detail Label is the text that is viewable on the outward facing sites.  For example, 'Facility Name' is a Detail Label.

Detail Value:

The Detail Value is the specific value (text or dollar amount) in relation to the Detail Type selected.  For example, a proper Detail Value for a 'Facility Postal Code' Detail Type would be '90210', or any other required postal code. Conversely, text would be entered if a Detail Type such as 'Accept Participant Message' were selected.  This case, the 'Accepts Multiple Lines' box would be checked as well to ensure multiple lines of text can be entered.

Accepts Multiple Lines:

Checking this box allows the user to enter multiple lines and/or paragraphs of text into the Detail Value field.

Assigning a Detail To A Program

Detail Label:

The Detail Label is the text that is viewable on the outward facing sites.  For example, 'Facility Name' is a Detail Label.

Detail Value:

The Detail Value, in this case, is a value previously placed on the Detail Label chosen.
