Email A Registrant



The most common method of emailing Registrants through the RegPoint system is to send the email through the Registration section.  




1. Go to the Registration of the registrant an email is to be sent to.


2. Click on the Send Email button at the bottom of the screen.


3. In the Send To box, select the proper email address, as pulled directly from that registrant's Master Account.


4. Enter your Subject heading and the content in the box below.


5. Click Send Email.


6. You can verify the email was sent at any time by clicking on the Activity Log tab.  There you will find the email contact and the time and date the email was sent.
