When creating your Program(s), it is necessary to insert System Messages.  This is done in the Messages tab of the Program you are creating.  Following are a few examples you can use when creating your System Messages:

 

Accept Participant Message:


Congratulations!  You have been successfully registered for our event!  We look forward to seeing you!

Credit Card Declined Message:


An attempt was recently made to process your registration for payment and, unfortunately , the form of payment you submitted at time of registration was declined.  Please log in to your "My Account" area on the page below to update your payment information and make a payment today.  Or you may contact our office directly at 555-555-5555.


Waitlist Message:


Thank you for your interest in our event!  At this time our event is full and you have been placed on the waitlist for your selected program. Should space become available, you will be contacted promptly. 


Refund Policy:


Sorry, we don't provide refunds at this time.

What information do we collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, or enter a contest in the following ways:

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
