This solution is to resolve the problem of RingCentral calls going straight to voicemail.  Please try the steps below.  If that does not correct your issue, please email tech@payscape.com to create a request ticket.  


You MUST know your RingCentral password to complete these steps.


  1. Open the RingCentral mobile app.  Go to menu > Settings > My Mobile App Settings > Voip calling > turn Incoming VOIP Calls OFF and then back to ON. 
  2. Exit the menu so it saves the changes (you may need to hit "Done" first)
  3. Go back to menu > settings > My Mobile App Settings > voip calling > Turn VOIP calls OFF and then back ON
  4. Exit the menu so it saves the changes (you may need to hit "Done" first)
  5. Go back to menu > settings > app settings > select Log Out
  6. Log back in
  7. Have someone test call you.
